The Speedgoat 5 builds on all the features thousands of runners have come to enjoy from a Speedgoat, with its healthy level of cushioning, form-improving meta rocker and grip for varied and technical terrain. The meta rocker is a form-improving feature designed to keep you moving through your gait cycle, which in-store customers always describe as making the shoes “feel fast”. The Speedgoat 5 comes in a little lighter, features the respected Vibram Megagrip and fewer overlays with a touch more flexibility.
